Spanish Games Instructor

Karoline is a special education teacher focused on pedagogic projects in inclusive contexts. She studied at Universidad Nacional of Costa Rica (UNA) and has an associate's degree in Pedagogy with an emphasis on primary education. She has been a teacher since 2015 and very much enjoys sharing her love of life through play and fun.

She is passionate about innovating the learning process and exploring different ways to teach with purpose. Based on that, she has worked as a volunteer and intern in multiple inclusivity projects. These include projects in socioemotional abilities for the homeless population, inclusive surf competitions, social empowerment workshops with marginal communities in Costa Rica, and Spanish literacy in nursing home care.

She thinks it is vital to teach with the heart and have a whole open vision about diversity in every human. Hence, she identifies emotional intelligence as something that characterizes her education process.

Karoline loves her family and for that reason moved to the South Pacific Coast to be closer to them. She enjoys running, creating music, and fashion design, but her biggest hobby is to try new things and keep learning new skills. Her main goal in life is to help others embrace themselves and to face life with immense gratitude.
